Roulette is one of the best known casino games and can be found in virtually every online casino. The rules of the game are simple and as an online game, roulette is no different from its real-world counterpart. Roulette Rules

The roulette table includes a roulette wheel, as well as an area where players place their bets. The roulette wheel has the numbers 1-36 and one or two zeros. The numbers are on a colored background so that the odd numbers are red, the even numbers are black, and zero is green. The player places his bet on the table as he wishes the roulette ball to stop. Once all players have placed their bets, the game manager sends a ball to be used as a lottery tool along the outer edge of the online roulette wheel. The ball stops at a number and the result is compared to the bets placed by the players. Those players who guessed the ball's stop will actually win. There are several different places on the game board where you can place your bets. The less likely the ball is to stop at the player's bet, the higher the odds of the player winning. 

American or European Roulette

The most significant difference between American and European roulette is in the number of zeros. There are two zeros in American roulette and only one in European roulette. If both versions can be found in the online casino selection, there is really no reason to play the American version. There is another difference in traditional versions of the games as well, but this may not be the case at all online casinos. 

In traditional European roulette, there is a rule that a player who has played either / or a bet loses only half of their bet when it hits zero. This rule does not exist in American roulette. However, this rule may not be available at the online casino, even in the European version. It's a good idea to check your favorite casino's roulette rules on a case-by-case basis.

Bonus Redemption at Roulette

As with other table games, the casino may prevent the bonus from being rolled over at roulette. However, if recycling is allowed, roulette offers an interesting alternative to bonus recycling. There are, of course, better recycling games. And as noted, possibly playing roulette is not counted as recycling at all.
